‘Luxury defined by nature’. This growing 4-star-plus resort in Kralendijk, Bonaire has 161 accommodations and various leisure facilities for its guests. Vijverborgh guided Delfins in structuring and optimizing the organisation and operation. This both internally and towards the hospitality partner.
Vijverborgh advised Delfins on the further development of the operation and organisation within the existing hotel operation. This included optimizing work procedures within the Rooms Division, restructuring the organisation and hiring several employees to form a 6-member management team, advice on positioning as a four-star-plus resort and guidance and implementation of a new sales strategy including yield management. Vijverborgh also contributed to securing the cooperation with the external hospitality partner by formulating a Service Level Agreement.
