Our task was to fully integrate the teaching environment into the practice. You will find a bakery shop where products from the bakery course are sold. There is a hotel open to the public, an espresso bar run by students. Meals for the restaurant are prepared in the student kitchens. The location also has a modern conference centre where meeting rooms can be booked.
The students and pupils provided a lot of input during the development phase. The result is a professional environment that embraces you upon entering.
