Leiden University was in the process of renovating a number of buildings. In this renovation new catering facilities had to be realised as well. Vijverborgh was asked to develop these restaurants.

 

Our role:

  • Vision and concept development
  • Positioning and identity
  • Management training

In addition to the primary function 'a place to eat and drink', these had to become meeting places and places to study. Vijverborgh took care of the conceptual development, in which, in addition to qualitative aspects, much attention was given to the operational consequences.
