The Japanese island of Okinawa is one of the 'blue zones' in the world where people have been shown to stay healthier for longer and also to age because of their way of living. Japanese cuisine is loved by many nationalities and is healthy and easily digestible. Okinawa gives its guests energy for a fruitful working day. Okinawa's environment is based on Japanese influences.

They work with daily fresh dishes with fresh flavours. The chefs are predominantly Japanese. Authentic dishes are prepared in sight of the guests. Think of savoury Japanese pancakes (Okonomiyaki) and meat from the Robata grill. Also easily digestible dishes that are easy to take away, including unique broths, spring rolls and noodle dishes are on the menu.
