Vijverborgh was asked to draw up a business case regarding the catering operation (daytime catering and banqueting) and gave advice on contracting or outsourcing catering services.
In addition, the hospitality facilities in terms of logistics and technology were developed by Vijverborgh and the construction management for the hospitality developments was carried out within the construction team.
